Finding home is a driving force of nature, whether intentionally or without realizing it. It is instinctual, as we can see it in nature and wildlife, and in ourselves. Until we find that place that we call home, the quest will always be there. For some, home is a place; others, it is on the road; maybe it's a person; or even an activity. When you find it, whether knowing it from a child or later in life, it is not the end of the journey. What if you already found home, and adventure or promise of a better home called you away, and soon you discover that there is no better home, or the thrill of adventure wanes, and that longing for home pulls you to where you belong. Go, if you can. Run, if you are able. Because the longer you are away from home, the more your heart breaks. If home is where the heart is, don't leave your heart behind.
