"Novelist's Door" - #littlebitstories
Let's pretend for an instasecond that a novelist lives here. That he has been working on a novel for nearly half his life, which has been a long one. Each day he sits down with his steaming coffee and begins crafting his story more, like a sculptor with words as his clay. This story is his second life. He knows the characters better than his neighbors. It does not matter to him that while other novelists crank out novel after novel, he still writes his one. This is his life's work. While people photograph his front door, he sits with his empty coffee cup, still sculpting black words on white page. Now for the next instasecond.
